Helpful Tips for your Notary service:

1. Please review your document before coming in for your Notary Service.  If you need clarification on how to complete the document, you should reach out to the document’s issuer or legal representative on how to proceed.  We are unable to provide instructions or provide legal advise concerning your documents.
2. The entire document is required during notarization.
3. Do not sign the document before meeting with the Notary.
4. If the document requires witnesses, the principal signer must provide their own witnesses.  The witnesses must be present at the time of notarization, and not related to the principal signer.
5. The principal signer must be of a sound mind and aware of what they are signing.
6. Each signer must provide a legal ID such as a drivers license, passport, military ID.  Expiration dates must be current. The name on the document must match the ID.
7. Have your documents organized before coming in to ensure timely completion.
